6. Revisions
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed service package or quotation.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the original brief may incur additional charges.
7. Design Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final designs before publication, printing or implementation.
Once final work has been approved, J J Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, J J Designs retains ownership of original design concepts, working files, unused concepts, templates and internal creative materials.
The client receives rights to the final approved deliverables according to the agreed project terms.
Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, software, templates and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Portfolio Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, J J Designs may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not want work displayed publicly, this should be agreed upon before the project begins.
10. Digital Products
Digital products purchased through our website may be subject to specific product licenses or usage restrictions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchased digital products may not be:
Resold
Redistributed
Shared publicly
Uploaded to file-sharing websites
Repackaged and sold as another product
11. Website and Digital Services
Website projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways or software subscriptions.
Third-party costs are generally separate from J J Designs service fees unless specifically included in the quotation.
